Vix initially employed us to provide a design and budgeting service for their Head Office relocation in Cambridge. The brief was to create an exciting, vibrant and ‘on brand’ interior showcasing product development and corporate values. Once the design phase was underway we were also engaged as Project Managers to support the Vix project team. The office areas have been specified to allow flexibility whilst supporting collaboration. A clear desk policy is in place with storage returns ensuring clutter remains out of sight, write on walls have been included wherever possible to inspire discussion and informal meeting areas have been carefully located to support the open plan. Existing services, carpet, ceilings and lighting have been enhanced to create the design and a challenging program was achieved including a 2 phase installation with occupation of the the first phase prior to completion of the second.
