Following the successful refurbishment in London, Sanlam subsequently relocated their Bristol workspace. The brief for this space was to create a cohesive design that matched the standards set by the London project.
In addition to our roles as Cost Consultant and Project Manager we also provided a Feasibility Study for the Bristol project. This included taking a brief, providing a space plan and ensuring the services within the proposed building were fit for purpose.
The Bristol brief included requirements for a reception, meeting rooms, a breakout area and an agile open plan office space; the resulting layout formed part of the negotiated tender with Oktra. The tender pack also included a performance specification for the M&E design with direction to replicate the style created for London.
We worked closely with Sanlam to provide a detailed specification, budget and tender for new furniture items too, and as before managed the move and installation of new and existing furniture items as part of the project.
