After working with CEDR with their initial hypothetical space planning to aid with sourcing the right building for their future needs, we were tasked to design and project manage their new office space that met their immediate needs and growth plans for the future. The brief was to design a space that captured the essence of CEDR with their vision to expand their reach to the global market.
The space is segmented into client facing meeting rooms and touch down spaces, back-office functionality with desk and meeting room booking system, a breakout area and meeting rooms capable of expanding into theatre type space for the use of conferencing and training. The investment in state-of-the-art video conferencing audio and visual in the meeting rooms allows CEDR to capture a new virtual audience from around the world. Project managing the fit-out included cost consultancy and value engineering which saw savings driven throughout the project.
The build itself presented its own challenges delivering a technical design to ensure the quality and aesthetics of the concept was met at every hurdle. We also produced the furniture specification and through our channels to market, sourced and managed the install on behalf of CEDR. Overall, we delivered the project on budget and on time and CEDR now have an office that truly is adaptable to new ways of working and is testament to their brand.
