We designed the interior for the fit out and refurbishment of 35,000 sqft in Cambridge. The building, on three floors, was to accommodate business expansion and consolidation from two existing offices into one. We provided full design services and produced a fully priced and quantified budget prior to going out to tender for the work. Then followed a detailed tender evaluation and negotiation process where significant cost was saved and a main contractor chosen. The project was completed in 12 weeks on site and we project managed the works including a programme and calculation of payments ensuring they were set out on a fair percentage complete basis, in line with the terms of the contract. Following the success of this project both in terms of design and implementation, we were asked to handle a further 4,000 sqft project in London.
