Beam Group

Our brief from Beam Group was to design, budget and manage their project from conception to completion. Using our considerable industry experience, we were able to provide them with a creative design introducing new ways of working and giving a positive influence to business productivity. The key areas of the project were offices and warehouse storage, we provided an ergonomic warehouse solution, incorporating environmental benefits through efficient heating and lighting. A full budget was produced along with a detailed design. The project was then packaged and put out to tender for best price. We managed the tender evaluation process, set contracts in place (including a number of specialist contracts) and project managed the works through to completion. The project was delivered on time and under budget.
