As Project Co-ordinator our role is to co-ordinate activities, resources and information to ensure the smooth running of the works. We implement a system of monitoring procedures by building networks of cooperation for implementation of the design. These procedures also enable us to preempt and prevent delays as well as avoiding unexpected costs. Optimum control is ensured with early engagement and allows us to develop the initial project schedule for approval, this safeguards against scheduling conflicts and allows routine updates as the project develops.
