Jagex had decided to refurbish their 4 floor, 40,000 sq ft office space in Cambridge to coincide with a branding launch planned in the 1st quarter of 2017. We were instructed to take an already designed scheme to tender resulting in a detailed analysis to assist stakeholder decisions on the preferred contractor. We were then tasked with negotiating with the chosen contractor to finalise the contract sum to ensure that it is fully inclusive. This project carried a considerable amount of risk due to the business being in occupation throughout the construction period. This required careful programming, planning and risk management to identify and mitigate as much as feasibly possible. We managed the entire process from conception to completion.
