Burn Twice As Many Calories; Stand Up At Work!

A BBC article highlights that standing up at work is seriously good for you health. For example standing for an extra 30 minutes per day for a year could burn sufficient extra calories for you to lose 5.2lb (2.4kg)

In addition traditionally designed office workstations really do cause Musculoskeletal Disorders (back and neck pain) for a high percentage of office workers.  These well-known aches and pains have a significant impact on productivity, absence and wellbeing.  Could introducing sit-stand desks be cost effective???
