We have tried to map out a process and taken a typical example of a company with 10k sqft accommodating 80 to 100 staff including meeting rooms and breakout spaces etc.

The key stages are as follows:

The current pandemic has enforced working from home as we never expected and
we now have an opportunity to rethink our traditional working practices. In order to
do this sensibly we need to understand how our staff have responded to the actions taken to mitigate the crisis.

This presentation lists our recommendations to help provide clarity on this subject.
