Tolu oversees the delivery of projects to ensure client expectations are consistently met – on time, within budget and to agreed quality standards – while maintaining excellent stakeholder relationships.

With over 15 years of experience in Project Management, Tolu has successfully served as Project Co-ordinator, Project Manager, Contract Administrator and Senior Project Manager across both private sector organisations and local authorities.

Her extensive background enables her to fully understand client requirements and communicate effectively with all parties involved. She leads projects through the entire lifecycle – from concept to completion – managing scheduling, budgeting and compliance with all relevant regulatory and safety standards.

Tolu holds a Master’s degree in project management, is a certified Change Management professional and a Full Member of the Association for Project Management (APM).

Her expertise, strategic insight and commitment to excellence ensure that every project is delivered with precision and professionalism.
