He has experience across multiple sectors and industries, working with senior leadership teams, departmental teams and individuals, supporting a range of household brands undertake change and transformation programmes, touching on people, digital and workplace experience.

He is adept at articulating and translating an organisation's strategy and ambition into experiences that align ways of working, technology and processes to improve performance, productivity and well-being.
