Molly joined us having completed her Events Management Degree at Oxford Brookes University, from where she graduated in 2021. Molly has always worked and volunteered within customer-focused roles, whether that is within hospitality, events or in customer service. In these roles, Molly learnt to be organised, to communicate effectively and to manage her time efficiently, and these skills were put to the test when she had to study while working during the Covid 19 pandemic.
Molly enjoys collaborating with a variety of people whether that is within her team or with the stakeholders themselves, and she is willing to put the maximum amount of work in to succeed at any task, no matter how big or small. She is also not afraid to throw herself in at the deep end and ask for support when required, hence why she understands the importance of being involved in such a tight-knit team.
