Emma has over 10 years of experience delivering high level support. Her extremely vivacious and professional approach to customer satisfaction is key as she is often the central contact on a project having built relationships with the client, contractor, and consultants’ partners.

Supporting the Project Managers, she has a clear understanding of each project. Ensuring accurate information flows between all stakeholders, and implementing the systems and processes, required for project success.

Working closely with the client during design, development and fit-out stages, Emma’s attention to detail, and natural design flair ensures the layouts, design and furniture finishes are delivered to the brief and specification.

She is also responsible for managing the tender process, liaising with the contractors, client, and legal teams, together with the preparation of the contract documents.

Emma has an extremely close working relationship with all of the team and brings a smile to anyone she works with.
