
Charlie Gardner
I completed my A-Levels in 2025 and, alongside my studies, worked part-time in a range of fast-paced environments before progressing into full-time work after leaving school. These experiences helped me develop strong communication skills, adaptability, and confidence working with people at all levels. I enjoy being part of busy, team-oriented environments where there is always something new to focus on and opportunities to learn from the experience and knowledge of others within the business.
Having gained exposure to business development, I developed a strong interest in sales and commercial environments, particularly the relationship-building and goal-focused aspects of the role.
I will be working alongside the Business Development and Relationship Partners to support outbound outreach, identify new opportunities, and help ensure client requirements are communicated effectively across the team. I am looking forward to continuing to develop professionally, learning from those around me, and making a positive contribution within the business from the outset.
