
Caren Munnelly
With over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, Caren has been a member of The Workspace Consultants' team since 2018.
She is an experienced Project Manager who specialises in design and build fitouts, delivering projects from boutique 5,000 sqft workspaces to large 100,000 sqft university campuses. Some of these involve extensive building refurbishments with full MEP replacements.
With a background in construction management and experience acting as the Employer’s Agent for clients, Caren combines creative insight with strong technical expertise to ensure every project is delivered on time, on budget and to the highest standard.
Known for her collaborative approach and attention to detail, she works closely with her clients, taking pride in turning complex client briefs into inspiring, functional spaces that promote productivity and innovation.
