About Us

We are a team of client-focused relocation, interior design, construction and refurbishment experts.

We founded our business because we wanted to see a change in the way office design and implementation of that design was delivered.

Frustrated by our industry’s habit of cramming customers’ business needs into often ill-fitting solutions, we identified a unique collaboration of services to offer our clients best advice. We have a combined experience exceeding 60 years of working across the UK and Europe in sourcing properties, designing interiors and construction project management and we now use this knowledge to enhance the way commercial interior solutions are delivered.

Fee structure

We maintain a completely transparent fee structure policy and offer clients three options:

  1. An estimated and quantified fee proposal*
  2. A daily rate invoiced against time sheets
  3. A fee based on an agreed percentage of savings (only available for dilapidations).
