E Surveys

E Surveys are the best way to gain feedback quickly and expansively from your staff on a multitude of topics.

Our E Surveys are created specifically for each client with questions agreed by your Stakeholder Team. The survey normally goes to everyone in your business likely to use the space we are investigating, it should include FTE’s, PTE’s, agile and traditional workers. The survey normally runs for about a week and we collect the results and provide a pictorial report with comment and recommendations. We can also provide interim reports as required so we can judge the response and ensure we have a strong turnout.

This type of survey is looking to touch on anything that may affect the working day and can include everything from commuting to office adjacencies and working from home.

The questions are best created in a multiple-choice format as this allows us to confirm average responses as well as identify unusual extremes. It also allows us to easily present the data to you in a pictorial format.

We normally ask for a name and department from your staff and we can include options to be anonymous if preferred. Pick lists for departments and job roles will also allow us to present different questions for different staff or teams. Departmental feedback can also be useful, to identify alternative working patterns in your facility.

Surveys are currently targeting many users on their working from home experiences during the Covid 19 pandemic.
