Vistra were looking to relocate to 10,000 sqft of office space in St James’s Square, London. We were engaged to negotiate costs and implement a construction contract with a pre-determined D&B contractor. We subsequently acted as Contract Administrator and Project Manager taking regular project and site meetings and carrying out valuations for fortnightly staged payments.
