We were employed to Project Manage and Cost Consult the fit-out for Beauty Pie’s new London office on the fifth floor of Colegrave House and Maris were approached as main contractors as they were already on site. Beauty Pie wanted an aspirational environment for hybrid working that immersed their employees within the company brand.
Maris created a design that was tasteful and reflected the brand, the brief requested a space that encouraged socialising and collaboration whilst also providing areas for creative sessions like photography for social media. We cost consulted the project within a Design and Build contact on Beauty Pies behalf, and we project managed the scheme through to completion. We subsequently also help manage a multifaceted approach to the furniture solution; relocating some existing items, brokering the purchase of second hand from the previous tenant, and supplying new where needed. The project was completed on time and within budget. The resulting space is a fun but stylish, sophisticated but welcoming and functional but inspiring new workplace.
