3 Crowns - Paris

Following on from a successful London project with 3 Crowns, we were asked to project manage and provide design support for the relocation of the 3 Crowns Paris office. The chosen site was located on the Champs Elysees in a beautiful, traditionally styled Parisian building. The brief for the design was to create a 'contemporary french' space whilst displaying synergies with the New Fetter Lane office. The concept design was produced by an architect and delivered under a D&B contract by a UK contractor. We negotiated and project managed the delivery of the project whilst offering a watching brief on the design including advising on colour co-ordination and soft furnishings. We also specified the furniture package and negotiated costs with the suppliers of the UK project.
